He is survived by : his wife Nancy Galbreath; his stepchildren, Kristi Reed (Scott), Terry Fortenberry (Sherlana) and Chad Fortenberry (Nina); his grandchildren, Lorianna, Kane, Karlee, Kolin, Kinslee, Brittany, Jasmine, Caleb, Katlyn and Issac; his great grandchild Terrance; and his brother Rick Galbreath (Belinda).
