He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra "Alex" Liv Mitchell; his mother Lisa Sims (Roger); his sisters, Katie Payton (Jason) and Kari Wineman (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Jaxon Mitchell, Lexi Graham and Kutter Grisham; his aunts and uncles, Larry Mitchell (Connie), Kelly Stone (Phillip), Traci Smith, Angie Walker (Larry) and Chris Sims (Laura); his close friends, Bo, Drew, Zack, Steve, Grant, Wes, Garrett and Clay; and his sisters, Ashley and Cassie.
In lieu of flowers Keith would be honored to know that his final legacy led to the rescue/placement/neuter of local animals in need.
