She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Warren and Jean Warren; her significant other Thomas "Tom" Alton Musick; her parents-in-law, John Thomas "J. T." and Pauline Musick; her brother-in-law Robert Carroll (Bob); her brother Jack; her sister-in-law Olivia Musick; her niece Mary Ann Musick Backus; and her great-nephew Colton Behr.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Anthony Musick (Tony) and Dana Michele Johnson; her son-in-law Kyle Johnson; her sister Rosemary Carroll; her sibling's children, Brandi Ward (Jeremy), Blake Carroll (Misty), Jim Musick and Jackie Musick; and her great-nephews, Jeremiah Ward and Connor Carroll.
