She was predeceased by : her parents, J. A. Christopher and Beatrice Christopher; her husband Lee Roy Strahan Sr.; and her brother Louie Christopher. She is survived by : her children, Tammy Crocker (Barry) and Lee Strahan (Angela); her grandchildren, Lesley Posey (Chad), Lindsey Whisenant (Gary), Lauren Brown (Aaron) and Christopher Strahan; her great grandchildren, Laura Beth, Will, Cayleigh, Caelen, Dylan, Griffon, Alexa, Emery, Benjamin, Bryant and Layton; and her sister Shirley Moon (Gene).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crestwood Funeral Home (2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
