She was predeceased by: her parents, William Terrell and Leola Terrell; her husband James Jenkins; her daughter Sherri Smalley; her siblings, Gene Terrell, William Terrell, Jessie May, Ann Brown and Carrie Louise Merrick; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Garrard and Kenneth Jenkins.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Sara Herring and Linda Gibson; her close friend Della; and her caregivers, Tina McCoy, Kasey Usry, Dollie Wass McCormick, Linda Gibson and Julie McCoy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
