She was predeceased by: her parents, Mavis Kathleen Smith and John Robertson; her siblings, Martha Biddle, Jane Chandler, Oren Holland, Richard Robertson and Faye Woodall; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Thrift and Nancy Thrift.
She is survived by: her husband Marcus; her son Mark (Lydia); her granddaughter Meredith; her sister Agnes Murphy (Terry); and her special brother-law Gary Thrift. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collier-Butler Funeral Home (824 Rainbow Dr, Gadsden, AL 35901). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In order to carry on her love for helping those most in need, the family would be honored if memorials could be given to the North Gadsden Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
