She was predeceased by: her son Steve Smith; and her parents, Plura Bell and Woodie H. Maddux. She is survived by: her husband Roy Smith; her children, Greg Smith, Terry Smith (Janna), Dean Smith (Jane) and Paula Bowman (Alan); her grandchildren, Crissa, Courtney, Lauren, Jennifer, Daniel, Nicholas, Victoria, Seth and Nathan; her sister Joyce Kuralt (David); and her sister-in-law Juanita Eads. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Big Oak Girls Ranch.
