He was predeceased by: his wife Lindie Maddox; and his parents, Raymond D. Maddox and Lina Maddox. He is survived by: his sons, Michel Maddox (Mary), Randy Maddox (Regina) and Dennis Maddox (Renee); and his grandchildren, Chasity Thornton (Coby), Tabitha Dodd (Jeremy), Morgan Marbut (Josh), Nathan Maddox (Aly), Samuel Maddox, Adam Maddox and Mckenzie Simpson (Trent). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins.
