She is survived by: her children, Joey Carmack (Kelly) and Carol Carmack; her grandchildren, Ashley, Chandler, Michael Carmack (Hannah), Colter Swafford (Tiffany), Grant Carmack and Elijah Carmack; her great grandchildren, Emily, Wolfgang, Emory, Evelyn, David, Daniel and Adeline; Holly Messer and Jason Dendy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
