He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl and Ozella Swindall; and his son Jason Calloway (Megan). He is survived by: his cousin Billy Ray; his wife Sherry Dutton Swindall of Collinsville; his children, Stephanie Dawn Garner (Rick), Gregory Mark Swindall (Elizabeth), David Wayne Swindall (Gloria), Chris Calloway (Sabrina) and Glenda Calloway; his siblings, Kay Samples, Brenda McGehee, Ed Swindall and Bud Swindall (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Kadence, Virginia, Katelynn, Gage and Chloe.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at the Williams-Southside Memorial Gardens.
