He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Vance and Zelta Vance; and his brother Ronald Vance. He is survived by: his wife Carol Vance; his sons, Mark Vance, John Vance (Erica) and Bryan Vance (Shawna); his siblings, Helen Quick and Lonnie Vance (Carol); and his grandchildren, Maisie Vance, Payton Vance and Shelby Vance. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (542 W 52nd St, Anniston, AL 36206). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
