He is survived by: his children, Sherri Abney and Anthony Padgett; his grandchildren, Kama Martin, Kristin Abney, Kayla Abney, Amber Padgett, Corbin Padgett and Corey McIntyre; his great grandchildren, Cason, McKinley, Aubrey, Harper, Emerie, Rylan, Mila, Luca, Avaya, Kallum, Everly, Harvey, Khaleesi, Collin and Colt; and his siblings, Grace Powell and Bill Padgett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glencoe Hokes Bluff Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
