He is survived by: his wife Sandy Willingham; his son Jason Thomas Willingham (Carrie); his stepson Matt Lovell (Tara); his grandchildren, Mattie Lovell, Noah Lovell and Emily Douglas; and his sister-in-law Peggy Thrasher Willingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
