She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Mathews and Tracy Helms; her grandchildren, Michael Ozbolt, Angel Ozbolt, Samantha Bullock (Jesse) and Meghanne Helms; her great grandchild Alex Dobbins; and her extended family, Lisa Langner (Steve), Carol Fritts, Jason Mayo (Charity), Jordan Mayo, Caylee Mayo, Renae Castle (Mike), Hannah Castle, Jennifer Hill (Danny), Andrew Hill and Micah Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Church H2O's new property fund.
