He is survived by: his wife Judy Bethune; his daughter Christie Koehler; his grandchildren, John Carson Koehler (JC) and Lily Koehler; his siblings, Brenda Farabee (Butch), Janice Griffin (Jan), Vicky Turner (Steve) and Jerry P. Bethune; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Dolphus Pruett (Joe) and Jeffe M. Slocumb (Jacques). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
