He is survived by: his father Dr. Larry Ballard; his daughter Kayla Snyder (Perry); his mother Rebecca Ballard; his siblings, Joey Ballard (Teresa) and Beth Freeman (Jeff); his grandchildren, Scarlet and James Snyder; and his siblings' children, Gabriel Crain (Payton) and Jacyln Smith (Ejay).
