She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jackie Mayfield, Bo and Daisy Forman. She is survived by: her mother Pam Charlton; her children, Peyton Charlton, Dylan Charlton and Harper Seaton; her sister Ginger Charlton; her niece Henley Birdsong; her brother Eric Charlton; and her grandmother Ann Mayfield. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
