He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Payne, Mack Willingham, Velma Peppers and Clara Eubanks. He is survived by: his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Jovona; his son Paul Junior; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Joshua Payne and Lacey Payne; his sisters, Dolly Willingham, Helen Williams and Carolyn June; his brother-in-law Bobby Nichols; and his nephew Mark Nichols. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time due to the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers those who wish are invited to make memorial gifts to the United Methodist Children's Home.
