She was predeceased by : her parents, Sarah Falls Inzer and Shellie Howard "Jack" Inzer, Sr.; her brother Shellie Howard Inzer, Jr.; and her grandson Henry "Hal" Culp. She is survived by : her children, Peggy, Sarah Brown Hughes (Frank Brown) and Frank Inzer Brown; her son-in-law Allan; her daughters, Elizabeth and Emily; her daughter-in-law Jane; and her children, Franklin, Drew Brown, David Culp (Brooklyn) and Rachel Culp Moorman.
