She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Lynn Yancey; her parents, Usrey Willett and Gladys Willett; and her sister Penny Todd. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Yancey and Lora Abbott (Billy); her grandchildren, William Yancey, Mallory Womack (Emmanuel Sera), Marissa Womack and V. Abbott; and her great grandchild Mia Sera.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
