He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Billingsley and Viginia Billingsley. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Blalock; his grandchildren, Mary Reese and Riley Blalock; and his siblings, Jon Billingsley, David Billingsley and Pam Burt. He is also survived by his loving daughter, grand daughters, family, and the many friends.
