He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Silvey and Albert Silvey; his grandparents, Louis, Lola Mae Bates, Lela and James Silvey; and his father-in-law Randy Davidson.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Steadman; his grandchildren, Holden and Addison; his aunt Sue McElwee; and his mother-in-law Jane Zscheile.
