He is survived by: his wife Karen Charlotte Diane Johnson; his daughter Rekita Chatrese Jackson; his grandson Breylon Bernard Jackson of Pinson, AL; his mother Betty Jo Comer of River Rouge, MI; his siblings, Sandra Moore (Don), Rosetta Weathers (Lamere), Darryl Hughes, Raynard Comer (Dreama), Meldwayne Comer (Venkita), Billy Comer (Shannon), Anthony Comer, Tyron Jelks (Annette), Vernon Jelks (Cescelie) and Patrick Jelks (Beverly); his aunts, Mattie Montgomery (Earl), Bobbie Landrom (Wayne) and Annie Ruth Hughes; his cousin Terra Guyton; his friend Charlotte Hughes; and his close friend Jimmy Jacobs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
