She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil R. Ford; her son Donald R. Ford; her parents, Owen Hooks and Connie Hooks; and her siblings, Cain Dewitt Hooks and Barabara Ann Haney.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald F. Ford (Debra) and Ricky W. Ford (Teddi); her grandchildren, Buffi A. Stokes (Anthony), Boki L. Burke (Brian) and Buddy W. Ford (Nienna); her great grandchildren, Porter A. Stokes, Hunter K. Burke, Prater A. Stokes and Phoenix R. Ford; her sister Catherine Milam; and her pet Silvey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
