She is survived by: her son Jimmy Smith; and her siblings, Sally McIntosh and William McIntosh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to North Gadsden Baptist Church.
