He was predeceased by: his wife Janie Jones Amberson; and his parents, James "Bo" Amberson and Kathleen Amberson. He is survived by: his daughters, Leighann Martin (Joey), Brandi Todd (Wesley), Tammy Brown and Camille Whaley (Matt); and his brother-in-law Dwayne Jones. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
