He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Phillips Moon; his brother Gerald Moon; his children, Richard Moon, Lana Esslinger (Bob) and Sherry Harris; his grandchildren, Lauren Hollingsworth (John), Matthew Esslinger (Emily) and Kathryn Gulledge; his brother-in-law Phil Phillips (Betty); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Micah Cole, Piper, Asa, Luke, Olivia, Harper and Henley.
