He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Edwards; his son Ricky Edwards; his parents, Joe Ed and Virginia Lamb Edwards; and his siblings, Kathy, Rosie, Sue, Tom, Earl and Larry.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Edwards and Donna Faye Hill (Chuck); his grandchildren, Derek Edwards, Eric Edwards (Jennifer), Darren Knight, Ethan Edwards, Devon Crossley (Justin) and Amber Toney; and his brother Jerry Edwards. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hokes Bluff Funeral Home (1901 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden, AL 35905). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
