With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Bryson of Gallant, Alabama, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jo Ann Bryson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Bryson; her parents, Chester Gargus and Francis Gargus; and her nephew Scott Malcom. She is survived by : her children, Craig Bryson (Karen) and Jana Mayo (Jim); her grandchildren, Jake, Sawyer Bryson, Tanner Mayo (Bailee) and Jaci Jo Mayo; her sister Roxie Jeanette Smith; her siblings-in-law, Noel, Eloise Ferguson, Jay, Gayle Bryson, Ray and Pat Bryson; and her close friend Shirley Woodard.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Gallant. A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

Family has requested no flowers, please make donations to First Baptist of Gallant cemetery fund.
