We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Thelma Inez Casper of Gallion, Alabama, born in Kennett, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James Hershal and Martha Paralee Low; her children, Lona Whitlock (Jeff), Lane Casper (Angie) and Lee Casper (Gillian); her siblings, Raymond Low, Calvin Low and Reatha Ray; her grandchildren, Michael Casper (Cassie), Alex Casper, Charles Casper, Hunter Paine (Tanya), Jeremy Whitlock, Brooke Whitlock and Ramsay Casper; and her great grandchild Emma Grace Casper.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: the Disabled American Veterans, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or plant a tree in her memory for Arbor Day.
