It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert F. Brown of Gardendale, Alabama, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, Irene Brown (Cates) and Roscoe Brown; and his siblings, Eddie, Joe Brown and Eva Sandle.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly Splawn (Mike), Cosette Brown and Cathy DeMent; his sister Mary Watson; his grandchildren, Samuel Splawn, Julia Stewart and Claire Splawn; his great grandchild Zuri Splawn Stewart; and his caregiver Rose White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
