We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 88, Annie Jo Evans (Gardendale, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Evans and Rubel Evans; and her siblings, Helen Wilson, O'Neal Evans, Owens Evans and Donald Evans.

She is survived by: her sisters, Nadine Frederick of Hackleburg and Shirley Reeves of Gardendale; her sister-in-law Betty Evans (Hamilton); her niece Misty Sciara; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella and Sofiya Sciara of Chelsea; Frank Sciara. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In honor of Jo's memory, we kindly request that donations be made to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama.
