She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Phelan and Alfreda Phelan; her siblings, Janice Phelan and Brian Phelan; her granddaughter Arabella Tougas; and her brother-in-law Ed Mulvey.
She is survived by: her husband James Parola; her siblings, Patrick Phelan and Beth Mulvey; her children, Margaret, John, Jim and Joyce Webb; and her sister-in-law Maria Phelan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2456 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
