He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kendrick and Bertha Kendrick; his siblings, William Donald Kendrick, Weldon Kendrick, James Ellington Kendrick, Jeanette Kendricks Gates and Sarah Margrett Kendrick; and his great grandchild Brody Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Jacks Kendrick; his children, Judy Kendrick Painter (Terry) and Kenneth Kendrick (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Kristi Boyd (Marc), Lauren Gipson (Dusty), Allen Painter (Kerri), Erica Kendrick, Ryan Kendrick (Dale), Preston Kendrick (Jada) and Austin Kendrick (Lexi); his great grandchildren, Jacob Chaffin, Hailey Chaffin, Cooper Boyd, Logan Gipson, Dylan Gipson, Molly Gipson, Kaelyn Painter, Bryce Painter, Chaney Painter, Lincoln Painter, Kaiden Kendrick, Brenleigh Kendrick and Mirabelle Needham; and his sister Joyce Kendrick Culpepper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
