He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Mullins and Wiladean Mullins; his brother Tommy Mullins; his father-in-law Jerry Abney; and his brother-in-law Tony Tubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mullins; his children, Clayton Mullins (Emily), Dawn Fulton (Dennis) and Katie Hayes (Tyler); his sisters, Linda Tubbs and Caroline Wasmiller (Jim); his grandchildren, Amiah Webster (Nathan), Rebecca Mullins, Allyson Mullins, Peyton Hughes (Brandon) and Lucas Fulton; his great grandchild Jaxon Hughes; his mother-in-law Pat Abney; and his brother-in-law JJ Abney (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Oakwood Memorial Gardens (2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071).
