He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Mayfield and Rilla Mayfield; his wife Ora Faye Mayfield; and his siblings, Jewel Owens, Norman Mayfield, Julius Mayfield and Grady Mayfield Jr..
He is survived by: his son Keith Mayfield (Lori); his grandchildren, Trent Mayfield (Abby) and Karlee Mayfield; his great grandchild Grady Scott Mayfield; and his siblings, Steve Mayfield (June) and Shirley Eubanks.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Mr. Mayfield's honor.
