She was predeceased by: her husband John Allen Bandy; her parents, Mercer O. Perkins and Louise Perkins; and her siblings, Patsy Morgan, Shirley Glass and Cary "Butch" Perkins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie B. Allison (Scott) and Stacy L. Bandy; her grandchildren, Garrett Allison (Madison), Taylor Allison and Lydia Allison; and her siblings, David Perkins (Patty), Judy Coker (Raymond) and Gloria Wolfe.
