He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude McQueen and Lottie McQueen; his former wife Peggy McQueen; and his sister Edna Brown. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, John McQueen (Donna), Leslie McQueen, Charles "Chuck" McQueen and Darren McQueen; his stepchildren, Dianna LaVigne (Todd), John Felkins William (Anna), Denise Kincaid (Richard) and Lee Wynn; and his nieces, Donna Green and Linda Barnwell (Robert). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, four great- great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
