He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Cindy) of Concord and Michael (Jennifer) of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Christopher, Patty, Robert S and Hunter Melton; his sister Paula Mobley (Harvey) of Clanton; his nephew Ronald Burgess of Birmingham; and his niece Jennifer Hinton of Birmingham.
