He was predeceased by: his son Brian D. Watson; his daughter-in-law Shari Watson; and his sister Elizabeth Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Watson; his son Shawn Watson (Renea Drake); his sister Peggy Poe; his grandchildren, Bellamy Thompson (Dakota), Christopher Watson, Jenea Looney (Nick) and Payton Drake (Gracie); his great grandchildren, Drakeston and Kamden Looney; and his friends, Tina, Allen Camper, Terry Keeton and Drennen Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The American Cancer Society in memory of David.
