He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Leslie and Tina Leslie; his niece Destiny Walker; and his grandfather Sonny Leslie. He is survived by: his children, Dominick Leslie and Jaiden Leslie; his sister Michelle Leslie; his nephew Tre Chandler; his uncles, Shawn Leslie (Lisa) and Norman Brooks (Rhonda); and his aunt Nancy Rovi. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home to facilitate with funeral expenses.
