He was predeceased by: his stepson Richard Burgett; his parents, Void Cupp and Rillar Cupp; and his siblings, Jean Crockett and Roger Cupp.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Cupp; his children, Sandra Cotton (John) and Richard Cupp; his sister Nancy Cupp Nix (Eddie); his grandchildren, Jordan Sullivan and Maddie Cotton (Kay Melcher); and his nephew Ramon "Bud" Crockett (Tanya).
