She was predeceased by : her parents, Leland Sanford Billings and Bonnie Louise Jett Billings; her husband Joseph E. Heer, Jr.; and her brothers, Paul Billings (Lona) and Jerome Billings.

She is survived by : her children, Bonnie Kent (John) and David Heer; her grandson Leland Kent (April); her great grandchild Liam R. Kent; her sister Carolyn Christolini; and her sister-in-law Wanda Billings. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
