It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances B Heer of Gardendale, Alabama, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances B Heer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Sanford Billings and Bonnie Louise Jett Billings; her husband Joseph E. Heer, Jr.; and her brothers, Paul Billings (Lona) and Jerome Billings.

She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Kent (John) and David Heer; her grandson Leland Kent (April); her great grandchild Liam R. Kent; her sister Carolyn Christolini; and her sister-in-law Wanda Billings. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
