She is survived by: her husband Ray Cummings; her sons, Micah Ray Cummings (Traci), Chris Cummings (Andria) and Landon Cummings (Victoria); her grandchildren, Justin, Garret, Olivia, Dalton, Samuel and Leah; her mother Lula Jean Tingle; and her siblings, Steve Tingle (Denise), Cecelia Flora, Maurice Tingle (Cindy) and Melinda Wingo (Wayne).
