Hawkins, Sr. (Peggy), Michael Thomas (Elizabeth) and Pamela Myrick; his aunt Tracy Butler (David); and his cousins, Christa Cleckler, Bradley Cleckler, Susan Collins (Cory), April Yavorsky, Rachel Reeves and Megan Reeves. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
