He is survived by: his wife Virginia Phillips Hale; his daughters, Tammy Smith (Adam) and Rhiannon Hale (Scott); his grandchildren, Gabriel Smith (Ken), Hannah Smith (Dillon), Cora Hale and Iris Hale; his great grandchild Ashton Dickinson; and his siblings, Fred Hale, Randy Hale (Lori), Sue Barnett and Sandra Manion (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
