She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Burks (Joy) and Stephen Burks (Michelle); and her brother John Robert Gass of Cowan, Tennessee. She is also survived by four grandsons; one granddaughter; four great-grandsons; four great-granddaughters and one great-great granddaughter and they all loved their Nanny.
