He is survived by: his wife Marilou; his children, Luann Scott (Robin), Terri Granberry (Ronald), Burke Ragsdale (Julie) and Greg Ragsdale; and his grandchildren, Matt Scott (Stevie), Kim Aaron (Ryan), Ben Ragsdale (Jess), Cain Prince (Casi), Blake Ragsdale, Rachel Aaron (Jimmy), Natalie Ragsdale, Britney Beasley (Chris), Alex Ragsdale (Chelsea) and Isabella Ragsdale. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridout's Gardendale Chapel (2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
