He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Whitmire and Mary Whitmire; and his brother Tim Whitmire. He is survived by: his wife Debbie K. Whitmire; his children, Patrick Whitmire (Yvette) and Jessica Oswalt (Chris); his sisters, Penny Benson (Steve) and Vickie Howell (Earl); and his grandchildren, Haley Whitmire, Karsyn and Kinsley Oswalt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
