He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn McGuirk; his parents, Nora Lynn McGuirk (Roland) and Arthur Moses McGuirk; and his siblings, John Gilbert McGuirk and Phyllis Carol Handley.
He is survived by: his sister Sharon Gail Bailey (Ron); his children, Vickie Mitchell (Rick), Bill McGuirk and Sandy McGuirk; his grandchildren, Loren Maxwell (Cayle), Adam Dozier (Tiffany), Heath McGuirk (Kaitlin), Heather McGuirk and Kristopher Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Heath McGuirk, Jr., Michael McGuirk, Maverick Maxwell and Paige Maxwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
